2. Concept Design We explore ideas through sketches and models, presenting a range of options. We work closely with you to refine the direction until the design feels right.

3. Council Approvals Once the concept is agreed upon, we prepare the necessary documentation and manage the council approval process, guiding the project through the required stages smoothly and transparently.

4. Design Development & Construction Documentation We develop the approved concept in greater detail, refining layouts, materials, and spatial experience while coordinating with engineers and other consultants. We produce a complete set of construction drawings ready for certification, tender and construction.

5. Construction We can remain involved throughout the construction phase if required, providing certification services, answering builder queries, and helping resolve on-site issues to ensure the project is delivered as intended. Alternatively, we can hand over complete documentation for your builder to proceed independently.
