Sharpe House

Designed around high-contrast materials and thoughtful privacy elements, this coastal residence balances bold form with warm, organic textures.

A dark vertical-clad upper volume anchors the structure, offset by lightweight timber screening that filters daylight while framing upper-level ocean views

through cutouts in the screen.
